Independent is pleased to announce the participants for the 16th edition of the fair, taking place at Spring Studios, Tribeca, New York, from May 8–11, 2025.
From a network of more than 350 galleries assembled since its inception, 80 galleries are taking part in this year’s edition.
A new curatorial initiative, Independent Debuts, will feature more than 20 artists who have had no more than one solo show in New York, and never in a fair capacity. Discovery and rediscovery is central to Independent's mission, leading it to host more solo artist debuts than any other American fair combined. To expand on this commitment, the forthcoming edition of Independent will continue to play a key role in shaping the future cultural landscape.
