About the Gallery
Patricia Fleming Projects was founded in Glasgow in 2013. The gallery currently represents established and emerging artists, including Christine Borland, Jacqueline Donachie, David Sherry, Kate V Robertson, Ilana Halperin and Tessa Lynch. In addition to the annual programme of gallery-based exhibitions, Patricia Fleming Projects regularly consults on and curates off-site projects and has steadily developed a considered, nurturing and curatorially driven program.
Prior to establishing her Merchant City gallery, Fleming spent 25 years as an independent curator establishing significant artist-led initiatives in Glasgow. She was selected as the first curator for Wales at the Venice Biennale in 2003 working with Cerith Wyn Evans, Bethan Huws, Paul Seawright and Simon Pope and also curated Scotland’s first stand-alone pavilion at the International Architecture Biennale in 2008.
