About the Gallery
Kisterem was opened in 2006 in a small pedestrian street in the inner city of Budapest. The gallery represents both emerging and established artists creating in a wide range of media. Since the first years, the gallery participates regularly at art fairs and cooperates with Hungarian and international galleries, institutions in order to introduce Hungarian artists to the audience abroad. The gallery invites young curators on a regular basis to organise international exhibitions in Budapest.
