About the Gallery
Cooper Cole is a Toronto-based art gallery founded by Simon Cole in 2011. Even as a more serious “reincarnation” of his street-art focused Show & Tell Gallery, Cooper Cole gallery still strays away from the polished look of traditional galleries.

Located on Dupont Street, Cooper Cole focuses on being a part of the global art narrative by inviting international artists to exhibit in Toronto, while also showing the work of international and locally-based Canadian artists. As a Canadian gallery, Cooper Cole extends its support to Canadian artists by participating in art fairs and collaborating with galleries across the world. Though much more serious than its predecessor, Cooper Cole’s mission is inherently the same. It is driven by Cole’s desire to showcase the works from communities that he feels closely connected to. Currently, Cooper Cole is representing Vikky Alexander, Bjorn Copeland, Sara Cwynar, Georgia Dickie, Kara Hamilton, Jesse Harris, Shawn Kuruneru, Tau Lewis, Vanessa Maltese, Jenine Marsh, Davida Nemeroff, Kate Newby, Anders Oinonen, Paul P., Andrea Pinheiro, Brie Ruais, Scott Treleaven and Ryan Wallace.
